On 24 December 2015 Brammer plc was notified that a person connected to Mr Fraser had sold 24,597 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at an average price of 158.87p per share on 21st December 2015 and repurchased an identical amount into their SIPP.

In addition, on 24th December, a person connected to Mr Fraser sold 41,323 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 177.85p and then re-purchased an identical amount into a SIPP controlled by Mr Fraser at 178p per share.

On 23rd December, Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser bought 4,327 ordinary shares of 20p in the company at a price of 164.98p.

Following these transactions, Mr Fraser and a Person Connected to Mr Fraser hold an interest in 918,604 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company.
