Warner Estate Holdings PLC01 August 2007 Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("the Company") Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs Messrs. P C T Warner, P W Collins and M J Stevens, Directors of the Company,each purchased 40 Ordinary shares in the Company on 31 July 2007 at 638p eachunder the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Messrs. P CT Warner, P W Collins and M J Stevens purchased 20 of their shares asPartnership Shares and 20 shares each were purchased by the Company as Matchingshares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalfby Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will holdthe Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of thepurchase. The shares purchased represent less than 0.001 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital. Ms SHarries and Messrs. D J Lanchester, J Peacock and V B Vaghela purchased 20 oftheir shares as Partnership Shares and 20 shares each were purchased by theCompany as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr M D Ovens purchased19 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 19 shares were purchased as MatchingShares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalfby Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP.
