On 6 May 2011, the Directors below received Ordinary shares of 5p each in Tesco PLC released at the end of the three-year holding period from the Tesco Executive Incentive Plan and the Tesco Executive Incentive Scheme. The share price on release was 408.225p per share. The Company retained a proportion of the gross number of shares to cover the taxes due.
