Richard Stillwell, Non-Executive Director, yesterday informed the Company that on 15 April 2010 he transferred 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company from an account held jointly with his wife to an account held solely by his wife, with this transfer conducted for nil consideration.
Following the transfer of these shares, Richard Stillwell's beneficial interest in Penna shares will remain as 12,500 shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
