Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by a Director

The Company announces the following dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Shares"):

· On 26 March 2014 the Company granted a deferred award over 50,180 Shares to Trevor Strain (Director). The award will vest on 26 March 2017. No consideration is payable on the grant or vesting of the award.

· On 26 March 2014 Trevor Strain (Director) purchased 23,503 shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a share price of 211.15p. His total shareholding following this purchase is 39,341.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
