Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that, that following the issue of a decree absolute in his divorce on 11th January 2016, it was notified on 14th January 2016 by Murray Smith, a Director of the Company, that he no longer has a beneficial interest in 105,000 ordinary shares of the Company that are held by his former wife.

As a result of the above, Mr Smith's beneficial interest in the Company is now 96,818 shares, being 0.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.
