Conduity Capital Plc (LSE: CCAP) announces that Greg Collier, Non-Executive Chairman, informed the Company today that he purchased 1,656,225 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 26 and 29 March 2021 at prices of 0.89p, 0.90p and 0.94 per share.

 

Following these transactions, Mr Collier's total beneficial interest in the Company will be 1,656,225 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.04 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
