NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 2 July 2013 that Doug Frost, a PDMR, exercised options on 1 July 2013 over 213,307 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan ("Options") as set out below:

Of the shares arising, Doug Frost sold 213,307 Ordinary Shares at a price per Ordinary Share of 511 pence.
As a result of the above transaction, the total interest of Doug Frost and Laura Frost, the spouse of Doug Frost, in the Company's Ordinary Shares (excluding Doug Frost's options, awards under the Company's LTIP and interests as a potential beneficiary of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) is 191,465.
