The Company announces that on 11 July 2012 Rob Cotton, a Director of the Company purchased 5000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company at an average price of 792.5 pence per share.
Rob Cotton's aggregate beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following the acquisition is set out below:
