Andes Energia plc
("AEN" or the "Company")
The Company announces that on 10 July 2008 it received notification from Luis Alvarez Poli, CEO of the Company, that on 8 July 2008 he bought 20,000 ordinary shares in AEN at 48.50 pence per share.
On the same date, it also received notification from Neil Bleasdale, Non Executive Director of the Company, that on 10 July 2008 he bought 26,000 ordinary shares in AEN at 47.75 pence per share.
In each case, the above shares comprise Mr Poli's and Mr Bleasdale's entire holdings of AEN ordinary shares.
