Grant of Options
LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the proprietary IOT and connected devices specialist enabling the remote control and monitoring of light, heat, power and security through just one app, announces that it has granted to Andrew Pearson, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, 400,000 share options at an exercise price of 13 pence per share in accordance with the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.
This is the first award of share options to Mr Pearson. The options will be exercisable after three years provided the price of the Company's ordinary shares meets or exceeds 40 pence per share.
