Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or "Company") announces that it received a notification from Ian Bristow today that his Self Invested Personal Pension fund has acquired 14,736 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company. The price paid for the shares was 13.42 pence per share, in aggregate £1,977.57.
Following the share purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company beneficially held by Ian is 1,034,501 representing approximately 0.88 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
