Nichols announces that it was notified on 8 June 2016 that on the same day, Tim Croston, Group Chief Financial Officer, exercised share options over 1,016 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's 2013 SAYE Scheme at an exercise price of 708 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company was also notified on 8 June 2016 that on the same day Tim Croston sold 623 Ordinary Shares for 1,428 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the exercise of the share options and the subsequent sale of Ordinary Shares, Tim Croston's notifiable interest in the Company is 18,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
