Exercise of options
The Company announces that on 17 March 2010, options to acquire ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 1996 were exercised by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") as detailed in the table below.
