Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') and persons closely associated with them ('PCA')
Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) announces that it has issued 11,320 ordinary 5p shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 5,660 Ordinary Shares have been allotted to Mr Heejae Richard Chae following the exercise of his options under the Scapa Group plc Savings Related Share Option Plan 2011, at an option price paid of 159 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares have been admitted to trading on AIM. The Company's issued share capital is now 154,434,229. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and accordingly, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 154,434,229. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
