Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces that Navajo International Holdings Ltd, an entity related to Roberto Danino, one of the Company's Executive Directors, has sold 137,691 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of £3.8888 per Share.
The transaction, which took place on 10 September 2010 and was notified to the Company today, was completed on the London Stock Exchange.
