The Company hereby announces that it was today notified that Stephen Ellis, Rollo Wright, Nick Parker and Tom Ward who are all members of the Investment Adviser to the Company today acquired 77,456 C Shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of £1.00 per C Share. Their resultant holdings in the Company are shown below:
