The Company announces that, following a purchase on 13 December 2007 of 1,200 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company, Richard Brooman, a Director of the Company, now has an interest in 1,200 Ordinary shares, representing 0.005% of the issued Ordinary shares. The shares were purchased at a price of ‚£8.23 per share.
