Hammerson PLC03 April 2008 On 1 April 2008 conditional awards of shares were made to Executive Directorsand senior executives of Hammerson plc under the Company's Long Term IncentivePlan ("LTIP"). Under the terms of the LTIP, the shares will vest three years after the date ofgrant, subject to continued employment and satisfaction of predeterminedperformance conditions.
