Director/PDMR Shareholding
Grafenia (AIM: GRA) has been notified that on 5 April 2019 Conrad Bona, a Non-Executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, transferred 149,545 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to his individual savings account ("ISA") at a price of 12.02p per share and 71,882 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding to his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") at a price of 12.04p per share. These transactions resulted in a disposal of 795 Ordinary Shares. Mr Bona now has a total beneficial interest in 1,086,427 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
