Sinclair Pharma PLC26 March 2008 Sinclair Pharma plc (the "Company") The Company was informed on 25 March 2008 that Jerry Randall, Chief FinancialOfficer, acquired 10,000 Sinclair shares of 1p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") at 36.0 pence per share on 25 March 2008. The Ordinary Shares purchased through this transaction are held in Mr Randall'swife's PEP account. Following this acquisition of Ordinary Shares Mr Randall hasan interest in a total of 505,000 Ordinary Shares equalling approximately 0.54per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company. The Company was also informed on 25 March that Michael Flynn, Chief-ExecutiveOfficer, acquired 2,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 35.8p.
