Director/PDMR Shareholding

Directors' shareholdings

The Company was notified today of the following dealings in the share capital of the Company:

Mr David Laing, Non-Executive Director, through his pension fund, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.04 per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 28.5 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Laing holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.06 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

Mr John Aldersey-Williams, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 38,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company, equivalent to 0.05 per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 28 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Aldersey-Williams holds 105,816 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.15 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
