Director's Dealing
The Company has been notified that on 26 October 2009 Mrs Delia Phillips (wife of Mr Brett Phillips, the Company's Finance Director) bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 280 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mrs Phillips owns 30,455 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital excluding shares held in treasury.
