Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") was informed on 10 February 2020 that, also on 10 February 2020, the following transactions in the share capital of the Company took place:
As part of his personal financial planning, Mark Allan, an executive director of the Company, transferred 30,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to his wife, Joanna Hellen, for nil consideration.
Mark Allan transferred, a further 241,287 Shares to be held on his behalf by Numis Nominees (Client) Limited, for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mark Allan's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged.
The following notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
