Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based provider of digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that on 21 July 2016, Anne Todd, wife of Keith Todd, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 12,246 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 135.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Keith Todd is beneficially interested in 457,690 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
