As a result of purchases at 960p by the royalblue group plc Share Incentive Plan on 28th November 2006, John Hamer, Chris Aspinwall and Andy Malpass, all directors of royalblue group plc became beneficial owners of 13 royalblue group plc ordinary shares each and Stephen Barrow a person discharging managerial responsibilities in royalblue group plc, also became the beneficial owner of 13 royalblue group plc ordinary shares.
