PDMR Shareholding
Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process, procurement and technology services provider, announces that, following the vesting of 398,931 shares awarded under the Xchanging plc 2007 Performance Share Plan ('PSP'), Kenneth Lever, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), sold 188,031 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0. 0771% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) at a price of 161.5p per share and transferred the remaining 210,900 ordinary shares of 5p each (0.0865% of the issued share capital) to his spouse, Denise Lever (a 'connected person').
Following these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Lever (including those held by connected persons) has increased to 522,550 ordinary shares (approximately 0.214% of Xchanging's issued share capital).
The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 11 April 2014 and Xchanging was informed on 14 April 2014. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
