Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares

The Company announces the following dealing by a Director in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Shares").

On 27 March 2015 the Company granted a deferred award over 146,760 shares to Trevor Strain under the Wm Morrison Supermarkets Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

The award will vest on 27 March 2018. No consideration is payable on the grant or vesting of the award.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
