Lonmin PLC24 July 2007 Notification of Directors' and PDMRs' shareholdings pursuant to--------------------------------------------------------------- Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4-------------------------------------- The Company has today received notification from the Trustee of the LonminEmployee Benefit Trust that Long Term Incentive Plan awards made on 20 July2004 under the Shareholder Value Incentive Plan have vested today to the extent of 66% resulting in the release, sale and retention of shares as detailed below,all of which have occurred today.
