The Remuneration Committee approved on 22nd July 2008 the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors: J F G Pilkington - 197,000 notional shares, N A Stothard - 141,000 shares and
M J Holt - 96,000 shares.
The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2011.
