Directors Dealings/Transfer of Shares

The Company has been notified that on 19 March, Robert Macdonald transferred 114,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to the Trustees of the Self Invested Pension for the benefit of Robert Macdonald for no consideration at a value of 70p, being the mid market closing price on 16 March 2012.
