Director/PDMR Shareholding

Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive of K3, and David Bolton, Chief Finance Officer, have today each been granted options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 117.5p pence per Ordinary Share under K3's Executive Share Option Scheme. The options have been granted subject to share price performance over the next three years and are exercisable three years after the date of grant.

Following the award, Mr Makeham holds options over 401,666 ordinary shares under the Company's option schemes. Mr Makeham holds an interest in 836,081 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.28% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Mr Bolton now holds options over 400,000 ordinary shares under the Company's option schemes. Mr Bolton holds an interest in 886,800 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.47% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
