Director's monthly share purchase arrangement
Quintain Estates and Development plc ('Quintain') confirms that its Chief Executive, Maxwell James, has entered into a monthly share purchase arrangement to acquire Quintain shares to the value of £500 per month for a period of 12 months. The arrangement has been approved by the Board and complies with the Model Code.
Shares will be purchased at the prevailing market price on the first trading day of each month and held in the name of Rock (Nominees) Limited.
The number of shares purchased will be announced in accordance with the Disclosure Rules and reported in Quintain's annual report.
