XP Power Limited ("the Company") has been notified that on 26 February 2013, Larry Tracey, Chairman, sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1080.00p each. Following the transaction, Mr. Tracey has a beneficial interest in 1,276,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.64% of the Company's issued share capital.
