Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 6 March 2014, that on 5 March2014, Ed Casey, Acting Chief Executive Officer, as part of his normal financialplanning exercised 87,738 nil cost conditional shares. He sold 42,444 of theresulting shares on the London Market at 466.2 pence per share and retained thebalance of 45,294 shares in his own name. On the same day the following transactions also took place: * Angie Risley, a Non-Executive Director purchased 4,287 ordinary shares in the Company at 462.564 pence per share. * Guy Leach, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 21,115 ordinary shares in Company at 462.4 pence per share. This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R(1)(a).
