AVEVA Group plc announces that on 29 June 2021 it was notified of the following share option exercises and sale which took place:

Craig Hayman, Director

On 28 June Mr Hayman exercised options over 963 shares following the 2018 award under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan and retained all resulting shares, settling tax obligations separately.

Steen Lomholt-Thomsen, Chief Revenue Officer

On 28 June Mr Lomholt-Thomsen exercised options over 4,547 shares following the 2019 and 2020 awards under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan and sold all resulting shares at a price of £37.43 per share.
