Devro PLC14 June 2007 Devro plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholdings Peter Page, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, received aconditional award of 128,260 10p ordinary shares in the Company under the Devro2003 Performance Share Plan on 13 June 2007. This award, which was made at nil cost, is subject to a performance conditionwhich, for full vesting, requires the Company's EPS to outstrip RPI by 30% overa three year period.
