29 July 2013 Panther Securities PLC (the "Company") Additional Listing - Scrip Dividend The Company is pleased to announce that shareholders holding 10,489,077Ordinary Shares, representing 62 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany, have elected to take the scrip dividend in respect of the finaldividend of 9p per share for the year ended 31 December 2012. Accordingly, theCompany has allotted, subject to admission to trading as below, 317,287 newOrdinary Shares. Following the issue of these shares, the total issued sharecapital for Company will be 17,186,287 Ordinary Shares. An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London StockExchange for 317,287 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading, in relation tothe operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend for the yearended 31 December 2013, payable on 31 July 2013. Dealings are expected tocommence on 1 August 2013 and the shares will rank pari passu with the existingissued ordinary shares of the Company.
