NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 22 May 2013Helen Langlands, the wife of Allister G Langlands a Director of the Company,sold 250,000 shares being 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company at asale price of £8.46 per share, such transaction taking place on the LondonStock Exchange.

Mrs Langlands is a connected person of Mr Langlands for the purposes of DTR3.1.2R.

Following the transaction, Mrs Langlands holds 184,323 ordinary sharesrepresenting 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Langlands holds 498,414 ordinary shares representing 0.134% of the issuedshare capital of the Company, of which 389,763 shares are held directly and108,651 restricted shares are held with a beneficial interest only. MrLanglands also holds 40,000 share options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 373,175,384 ordinary shares withvoting rights.
