DEALING BY DIRECTOR
SDI, the AIM quoted group focused on the application of digital imaging technology to the needs of the scientific community, was notified today that Ken Ford, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 25 July 2012 at 9.875p per share. Following this transaction Ken Ford holds a total of 175,000 shares which represents approximately 0.94% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
