Torotrak PLC29 September 2006 Torotrak plc ("Torotrak" or the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding Torotrak plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 September 2006 it grantedawards ("Awards") giving recipients the right to receive, subject to theachievement of performance conditions, a maximum of 1,630,266 ordinary shares of10p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under its Long TermPerformance Share Plan (the "Plan").
