Director Shareholding Announcement
Advanced Medical Solutions plc, announces that on 5 May 2010, Mary Tavener, Finance Director, purchased 13,269 ordinary shares of 5p each at 40p per share as part of the Deferred Share Bonus Plan. Under the terms of the Plan, the shares will be held in trust on her behalf.
Following these transactions, Mary Tavener is the beneficial owner of,2,082,310 shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
