Travis Perkins PLC17 October 2005 TRAVIS PERKINS PLC("the Company") Director Shareholding In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors andmembers of the Company's Executive Committee were invited on 22nd September 2005to participate in the Company's Share-save scheme and were given an option tobuy shares in the Company in 3 or 5 years time at an option price of 1159p. Geoff Cooper, a director of the Company, elected to apply to join the scheme andwas on the 14th October 2005, granted an option over 1,389 shares, which willnormally be exercisable between 1 December 2010 and 31 May 2011. Richard Bird, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, also elected toapply to join the scheme and was on the 14th October 2005, granted an optionover 806 shares, which will normally be exercisable between 1 December 2008 and31 May 2009.
