The Company has been informed that on 18 May 2010, Peter Sheldon, Chairman of BATM, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in BATM at a price of 24.25 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Sheldon and his immediate family have a beneficial holding of 750,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.19 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
