The Group announces that, following the expiry of the three year deferral period, the shares awarded on 19 November 2015 under The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 ("DSBP"), became eligible for vesting from 19 November 2018. As detailed below, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), exercised and sold her 2015 award of DSBP shares on 19 November 2018:
