BBA Aviation PLC30 November 2006 BBA Aviation plc Notification of Interests of Directors Halifax EES Trustees International Limited, the trustees of The BBA EmployeeBenefit Trust, informed the Company on Wednesday 29 November 2006 that itacquired 31,558 ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence nominal value in the Companyon 29 November 2006 at an average price of 287p per share and now holds a totalof 303,889 ordinary shares in the Company. This notification is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under section324 of the Companies Act 1985 and Chapter 3 of the Disclosure Rules as thepotential beneficiaries of The BBA Employee Benefit Trust include directors ofthe Company who therefore have a potential interest in the shares held by thetrust. The shares were acquired in connection with the delivery of awards underthe Company's 2006 annual bonus scheme.
