British Airways PLC10 August 2007 BRITISH AIRWAYS PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN AWARDS The Company has today notified the following Directors and Persons DischargingManagerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company of conditional awards ofordinary shares of 25p each under the British Airways Performance Share Plan ('PSP') which were formally granted to each of them on 09 August 2007. The other half of the award is conditional upon achievementof a satisfactory average annual operating margin over the three-yearperformance period.
