ITV PLC26 June 2006 26 June 2006 Announcement by ITV plc ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the Plan) On 23 June 2004 a number of executives were granted awards over ordinary sharesunder the Plan based on the achievement of performance targets. Under the Rulesof the Plan shares were released on 23 June 2006. On 23 June 2006 the Trustee sold sufficient shares at 105p per share to satisfyincome tax and national insurance liabilities and the balance were retained bythe participants.
