Director / PDMR Shareholding
Island Gas Resources plc (the "Company") has been notified that, on 10 February 2009, Francis Gugen, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 59p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase Mr Gugen has an interest in 27,449,097 ordinary shares, representing approximately 44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
