Alkane announces that on 10 March 2010 its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Neil O'Brien, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.75p per share.
Following this purchase Mr O'Brien now has a beneficial interestin 649,000 Ordinary Shares in Alkane, representing 0.70% of the issued share capital.
